Roxanne Franz translates inner states into radiant canvases that open a space for reconnection with your true self.

ART TO REMEMBER WHO YOU ARE

My art is an invitation to remember who you are – before the world told you who to be.

Before painting, I expressed myself mainly through words – but I was deeply attached to how they would be received, to an identity built around overcoming pain and diving into the shadows of the human psyche. Painting freed me. I didn’t seek validation – I simply wanted to be me.

My work is rooted in a somatic, intuitive process that centers on the body as a vessel of truth. As a licensed therapist and somatic coach, I bring embodied presence into my practice, translating inner states and belief systems onto the canvas.

Each piece is an inquiry: What does it feel like to live from essence – beyond roles, language, and identity? Sometimes I “try on” new beliefs during the day, observing how my interactions, choices, and even posture shift – and then carry this exploration onto the canvas.

I know the pain of living in a self-made cage, unable to be real. My deepest wish is that my work opens a space for others to reconnect with themselves.

For those who are ready to be real.

Your truth has a frequency. Let’s tune in.

How does it feel to be fully alive, at peace, surrendered - or deeply true to yourself?

I paint to reconnect with my essence.
My wish is that these pieces support you in reconnecting with yours – and contribute to you remembering who you truly are, before the world told you who to be.

Living an authentic life doesn´t require becoming anything. You can start being you right now.
